Bio: A LIVE ELECTRONIC MUSIC EXPERIENCE!

The BeatFabrikators are a live electronic music group pushing the envelope of electronica to another level. The band consists of 3 main members: Jay, Alex, and Trev. It began with Jay and Trev who used to play together in bands as well as gigging as DJ's across North America. Alex, (a dj as well) came in to picture when he met Jay at a local music store looking to get in to live performance & production. After a lot of talk, interest, and ideas flowing from the whole group, they decided to jam out one night and just see what happens. From that point on they grew to a more of a "band style" of playing and created their own deep gritty electronic sound you hear them play today.

To most, it might look like 3 Dj's playing on a stage, but there's really much more to the music then meets the eye. The sounds and effects you're hearing are done live, just like you would expect from a band. Through the use of modern sound technology, the latest gear & instruments, and the 3 creative minds becoming one, they create a unique mix that appeals to a wider audience.

They incorporate as many live aspects in to the performance as possible, leaning away from any pre-made sequences or sets.

On occasion they include live vocals, percussion, guitar, and sax into their performance, to add new elements and flavors to their constantly changing sound. All in all, the BeatFabrikators provide an electronic music experience like no other.
