This trance remix of Clockwork strays a little from the usual progressive Deadmau5 style, but it’s a great track nonetheless. The “Clockwork” in the title definitely refers to the combination of rhythm and synths, that seem to drill their way into your head after a couple of runs. Another standout track from Deadmau5.

Deadmau5 Funny Story:
Canadian wunderkind Deadmau5 is the hottest topic amongst dance fans worldwide right now, with his debut LP Random Album Title now in stores. Released by Ultra Records in North America and Ministry of Sound in the UK, it’s not surprising they’ve got their PR and marketing guys working overtime to come up with crafty ways of promoting the album.

Perhaps one of the cutest publicity gimmicks we’ve seen in some time, you can now get your hands on a Deadmau5 USB flash drive, shaped just like his iconic ‘Mau5head’ stage costume. Produced by Anderra Inc, the flash drive comes loaded with an hour-long DJ mix, videos and wallpapers.

The flash drives were given out free at a Deadmau5 concert in New York recently, and at this stage it seems they may remain a collectors item as we haven’t heard if you’ll be able to buy them. Keep your eyes on eBay if you’re a hardcore fan, or if we hear of them being sold anywhere we’ll let you know!
