Dear Freshpage...

Recently I purchased a 3 month membership, but I'm unable to download any music files. My credit card states that I've paid for the membership, so what could be the problem?

I talked to PayPal and they said I should try to contact you in regards to this matter. It's been about two weeks now, and this matter hasn't been resolved.

Hopefully it can be corrected soon. I enjoy the music your website provides.
