Miles Maeda was one of the pioneering members of Chicago‘s club and rave scene in the early 90’s.  His classical background and training inspired him to experiment with many styles and genres which shone forth in his prolific studio productions and live performances, enriching Chicago for many years.  Now residing in Los Angeles, Miles has had releases on such prestigious labels such as Aroma and Lowdown, as well as his own record label (Bopsa) which  features top artists like  Derrick Carter, Lawnchair Generals and Swirl People.
 
With residencies  over the years at legendary clubs like Shelter and Smartbar, Miles has been working for more than a decade with top industry names like Mark Farina, Kaskade, Cajmere, DJ Colette, Derrick Carter, DJ Heather, Diz, DJ Sneak and  Justin Long and many others.
