Hi Philippe thanks for the great question.  As you've experienced our Support form is the best way to get in touch with us if you are having any problems with your account or have any questions you need answered right away.  To upgrade your membership simply log in and click on Edit Profile at the top right hand side of this site (or go to Membership link on the navigation menu).  Then on your Profile information page click on Upgrade Now link seen at the bottom right hand side.  It's a bit hard to see so we will be make this link stand out a lot more in the very near future.
