Bio: Yovan was born and raised in Belgrade, Serbia. At the age of 20 he moved to Montreal and has been spinning records since 1995. Listening to popular dance music and making mixed tapes he gradually moved up to more mature level in trendy club music. Nowadays he plays everything in uplifting funky / electro / progressive house fused with classic club sounds. Yovan promotes himself through his self-made website and by producing mix cd's every two to three months showing versatility in different music styles and his tasteful music selection. While playing his sets, he combines his DJ skills with creative artistry; expresses himself through his music telling people a story; teaching them about the music throughout decades and introducing sounds of tomorrow. His mixed cd's are being played in Montreal's major fashion playgrounds. Canadian tour is in preparation as well as his own productions. He is a DJ whose nights should definitely be lived.
